Why dont we blog on how the 3 new lieutenants were promoted within City Security. Just as Fred Mollerud who gave up a postion with the parking division so that Mark Shepherds buddy would get the job, and was promised the position of Lieutenant. In meeting after meeting Fred Mollerud would cry and kick his feet on how he is the lowest paid sergeant, well I guess mulitiple trips and ass kissing paid off.....he is now a lieutenant. Lets talk about the back stabbing Renee Carriaga I guess after 15 years of being a professional student paid off with her "Associates" degree and again discussions behind closed doors with Mark got her a promotion. Oh yea and finally the infamous Darlene Sammons, ONLY GOD knows this one! She has had so many complaints of her abrasivness and argumentive behavior not only with officers but sergeants, lieutenants, and captains. Yes Mark protects her too.
Well this only leads to what I have seen since Mr. Shepherd took over "Incompetance breeds incompetance".
